Betty Dravis has created a masterpiece of the love of a younger sister for her older sister who married seven times before she found her soul mate that became the biggest surprise of both their lives. Be ready to experience what true love is really all about as Betty Dravis takes us on to the most dazzling and unexpected conclusion. You could safely say that God was holding back His miracle until the last page.

    • Betty Dravis

Wow, Bob, thanks a million. You nailed it! I loved my sister Billie and am so happy I finished 1106 Grand Boulevard while she was still living. She loved it and said I made her a “star.” Truth be known, she was born a star. :-) She passed on last October (2010) at age 93. She had a good, long life, despite her lengthy search for her true love. I’m so glad you enjoyed “her” book. <3 Betty <3

  • Johnny Manha

1106 Grand Boulevard is one of my favorite books. Betty Dravis tells the story of her sisters life  with honesty, love, and good humor. I’m thrilled to vote for her book. I have read all her books and found them all great reads.

    • Betty Dravis

That’s very kind of you, Johnny. I was honored to share about my sister’s multi-marriages, her reasons behind her actions and how it was being a youg woman back in the late thirties, forties, etc. Being a Drama Queen, it wasn’t always easy to love her, but she was so sweet and caring underneath the “Faux Glam.” She passed on last year at age 93, so I’m happy to have documented sixty years of her life. She was so cute! She said I “made her a star.” RIP, dear sis… Thanks for the vote! :-)

Betty Dravis is one very talented author, have read almost all of her books, but the one that touches my heart the most is “1106 Grand Boulevard”, well wtitten, read in one setting, took me in from the beginning and left me wanting to meet both Betty and her Sister”

    • Betty Dravis

Ah-hhhe, John! Coming from a man who works with artistic talent on a daily basis, one who promotes “stars,” I’m humbled that you have been my fan/friend for many years. Your faith in me helps me write even bigger and better stories. You are an inspiration to many authors and fabulous musicians, also. You are making a difference in the world. Hugs and thanks – Betty Dravis <3

I’m chuckling because this got posted twice…but then again, John Breckenridge always does things twice as large as the next person. Thanks, Little John, as you are fondly called by thousands. xo

  • Paul Payer

There is a reason why so many prominent & highly creative people seek out an interview with Betty Dravis.  Why so many want to tell their stories to her.  Not only entertaining she sculpts the written word into a work of art.  In short, Betty Dravis is superb.

    • Betty Dravis

Hi, Paul, Thanks for your kind, complimentary words. I know you built Tony Tarantino’s website and first read one of my self-styled interviews. I’m so happy you liked it enough to get a copy of Dream Reachers II and read all my interviews in that book. Currently, I’m working on Susaye Greene, of the legendary The Supremes. I’m so lucky to land her. I’ll send the link when it runs on Dames of Dialogue.

I hope you voted from visiting the link in red above. I feel obligated to tell everyone who comments that…for fear they’ll think a comment is a vote. :-) Every vote counts and I do so want to win. Heart Press’s poll is a coveted win by many authors.

      Thanks, Paul,

      Hugs – Betty

  • Eliemadani

if you buy any books of her,you will not put it down till you finish it
waiting to see more from her very soon

    • Betty Dravis

Wow, Elham, I’m overwhelmed. If I was half as good an author as you are an actress, I would be very happy. Thanks so much. I hope you voted where the red arrow is. Some people think the comment votes count, and, unfortunately, I don’t think they do. Boo-hoo.
